Online Chem Tutor is operated by Adrianne Penullar. This policy explains how information is handled when you use this website or send a coaching inquiry.
Information you choose to share
When you use the inquiry form, you may provide a name, email address, phone number, course name, school or college, information about the student's chemistry needs, and how you found the site. A phone number and study-concern details are optional.
Please do not send medical information, Social Security numbers, payment-card details, or other sensitive information through the inquiry form.
How information is used
Inquiry information is used to respond to you, assess whether chemistry coaching may be a good fit, schedule a free introductory call if appropriate, and keep basic business records. It is not sold, rented, or used to build advertising audiences.
Where information goes
Form submissions are sent by email to Adrianne at hello@onlinechemtutor.com. The website is hosted through a hosting provider, and email is handled through an email service provider. Those providers may process information only as needed to provide their services.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not currently use advertising pixels, analytics tracking, or account logins. Like most websites, the hosting provider may create basic server logs such as an IP address, browser type, and the time a page was requested for security and operations.
Students and families
Coaching may serve high-school and college students. If the student is under 18, a parent or guardian should submit the inquiry and participate in the introductory call. This site is not designed for children under 13 to submit personal information.
How long information is kept
Inquiry information is kept only as long as reasonably needed to respond, make a coaching decision, maintain business records, or meet legal obligations. You may ask for your inquiry information to be corrected or deleted, subject to records that must be retained.
Security
Reasonable steps are used to protect information, but no website or email system can promise absolute security. Please use the form only for ordinary coaching inquiries.
Your choices and questions
You may ask what inquiry information is held about you, request a correction or deletion, or ask a privacy question by emailing hello@onlinechemtutor.com.
Updates
If this policy changes, the effective date above will be updated. Material changes will be posted on this page before they take effect.
